Flight school helps flyers work on balance, flexibility, coordination and body positions to provide more confidence in their flying. This one hour class will go through drills using flying equipment to help the athletes. You don't have to be a flyer to attend, everyone is welcome.
Tuesday: 8:00 - 9:00pm
Wednesday: 5:00 - 6:00pm
